Magic

I went to the doctor yesterday because I have had a sore throat for a year. Yep, a year. In my defense I did go to the doctor last year for a sore throat, but it was a stubborn sore throat and every time I thought it was almost gone it would come back. So yesterday, after spending approximately 20 minutes filling out paperwork and 5 minutes getting things such as weight (ack!), temperature (98.5), blood pressure (110 over something) and pulse (I want to say 60…) measured. I sat there and waited played my Ipod and when the doctor came in he looked at my ears and my throat, talked to me for about 1 minute and gave me a prescription for…wait for it…MAGIC mouthwash (nasty stuff) and Keflex.

Last night I took the medicine and noticed that on the Keflex was the word Lupin. So I’m thinking that the doctor lied. It is not a sore throat at all but the beginning stages of turning into a werewolf. Yes, a werewolf. I mean they gave me magic mouthwash…

• I think that April is a fantastic month.
• Some of my very favorite people are born in April
• Calling a three year old to wish her happy birthday can be really fun and awkward at the same time.
• Sorry Emery for thinking that you said you were Emily, you really don't sound like you are 3...I promise.
• Mary insisting that Friday is a weird day and that I should go see her on Thursday instead made me happy.
• Daisies and Tulips are competing as my favorite flower. They are both so fun and cheerful.
• I am almost done making my new quilt for my bed
• and by almost, I mean I have many more hours of quilting
• dang me and my pre-project ambition.
• I really want a cupcake right now. 
• My siblings are entertaining and super random.
• Mindy Crockett comes back from the land northward today. 
• This makes me happy but I would dare say that Brittni is happier.
• I very rarely dream.
• I am glad that I don't dream very often, because when I do dream it is often disturbing.
• I don't really know how to respond when people tell me about their dreams. 
• I don't hang out with Marcia enough.
• I need new music. 
• I am supposed to ride my bike a long ways at the end of the month...umm yeah...
• It is windy in the land of Cedar.
• It snowed on Saturday. That is wrong for two reasons: 1. It is APRIL and 2. It was SATURDAY. 
• I am going to be 23 in a few weeks. 
• This weirds me out.
• Where did the last year go?
• I like my haircut
• umm... I did warn you.
